If a Stake reload is missing or a claim has stopped, first check whether the reload is active on your account. Reloads are account rewards with their own timers; they are not the same as the public drop codes in a Telegram post or the live-code feed.
Is a reload available to your account?
Stake.com's official reload guide describes reloads as a Platinum-tier VIP reward linked to account activity, with amounts and availability depending on the account. This does not mean that every account has a permanent hourly reload. Check your VIP/reload page for the actual offer.
Read the interval and expiry separately
Record the amount, next claim time and end date shown in your account. The interval tells you when another claim becomes available; the expiry tells you when that reload offer ends. An hourly option should not be assumed from a guide or another player's screenshot.
If the timer is still running, a new claim may not be available yet. If the offer has ended, reconnecting StakeClaimer does not renew it. Ask Stake support or your VIP host about eligibility or renewal when the account page does not explain the status.
Reload is available, but the device is not claiming
- Check that the intended Stake account is signed in and the claimer is connected with an active subscription.
- Confirm that reload claiming is enabled in your chosen configuration.
- Look for the relevant timestamp and response in claim history.
- Separate a sleeping/disconnected device from a claim rejected by the platform.

Estimate only from your own active offer
For a rough total, multiply the amount shown per claim by the number of claim windows actually available before the offer expires. This is a planning calculation, not guaranteed earnings: device availability, missed windows and the platform's response can change the result.
The calculator's reload section can help with the arithmetic. Do not use another player's reward amount, assume a 100% success rate or treat a reload as passive income that necessarily covers subscription costs or gambling losses.
