An installed userscript needs an available device and browser session to process events. This checklist is for an existing installation, especially after leaving a computer unattended. For first-time installation, use the setup guide.
Check the device before the claim settings
A powered-off or sleeping computer cannot run its browser userscript. Confirm that the machine and internet connection remained available during the period you are checking. A relay operating elsewhere does not mean your own device was online.
Check the browser and account
Reopen the intended Stake tab and confirm the expected account is signed in. Check that the script and userscript manager are enabled and the claimer panel appears. A tab may have been suspended or reloaded while you were away. Follow the browser-specific installation instructions if the panel is missing.
Read the connection and subscription status
A visible panel alone is not evidence that it is receiving events. Read its status and check the account associated with the active subscription. If the subscription appears incorrect, ask support to check the association instead of buying another plan as a test.
Compare one timestamp
Choose one recent entry in the feed for the correct platform and compare it with device history. Separate no received event from a skipped or rejected attempt. Record the time and visible message before adjusting settings.
Use the troubleshooting guide for the resulting symptom. Android has a separate app setup page; do not assume desktop extension instructions apply there. Continued operation can reduce manual steps, but it does not guarantee claims or subscription payback.
